Jacqueline Velez, Registered Architect, AIA
Founder & Principal
Jacqueline began her career working at architectural studios with a focus on new building designs in up and coming Long Island City. As a New York City Expediter, Jacqueline acquired a great deal of experience in the areas of building codes and zoning ordinances, giving her a competitive edge. She gained the experience, leverage, and confidence needed to venture out on her own.
In the summer of 1992, she established JMV Associates, LLC, as a consulting firm providing building code reviews, zoning analysis and expediting services. For more than 25 years, Jacqueline continues to direct a dedicated team in managing and executing the filing and approval process with city agencies to ensure the overall success of project requirements.
