Richard has over 25 years of professional experience with JMV Associates, LLC as Senior Project Executive.

He manages and ensures the project responsibilities are aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives. Richard carries out the daily operations related to filings, approvals, and permits from New York City agencies. He oversees communications between prospective client-relationships and agencies. Additionally, he serves as our key liaison at the Environmental Control Board (ECB) hearings to provide clients with guidance, resources, and advice to mitigate risks and issues.

 

Such city agencies include the Department of Buildings (DOB), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and other municipal agencies.
